Lacuna Coil, Shadows Fall, Stone Sour Concert

So last night I went into New York City,
To see Lacuna Coil, Stone Sour, and Shadows fall on the Jagermeister Music Tour.
It was absolutely amazing.
The line went around 3/4 of the building but once we got in we were REALLY close to the stage.
After the first band went on we were waiting for Lacuna Coil to come out but instead the lizard man came out!
It was fucking awsome, he was giving away free stuff and telling us about how light-weaights ruin drinking for everyone, and that if one of our light-weight friends was drinking we should take their cup and down it ourselves.
I had no idea he was going to be there but it was a great suprise.
Lacuna Coil's set was amazing,
I got to stand right next to about 14-16 speakers which made the sound even better
Right after Lacuna Coil played we went to get merch.
So we're standing in this line because they were going to be doing a signing
And almost as soon as I ask my friend if they're up there yet the entire band walks in right next to us.
They were really nice, especially after playing a long set, which probably tired them out.
I only got to see a little bit of Shadows Fall because I was chillin in the lounge but they sounded pretty good.
Stone Sour wasnt that bad, well, at least until they started playing Sweet Home Alabama original style
We also met some pretty cool people while we were there
All and all it was one of the most amazing nights of my life
And I STILL cant hear out of my right ear ^.^

My Second Home is Closing

So today, I found out some extremely depressing information
My second home, Empress Ballroom, may be closing
Their website doesnt work and neither do their phones
This place holds so many memories for me
I went to my first real concert there
I had my first kiss there
I met one of my best friends there
It was the one place where I could go and feel comfortable around people
Where I could actually feel real and like myself
And now it may be leaving
Forever

My Second Home is Closing
